Silo is set far in the future, where the last of humanity lives sealed inside an enormous bunker buried deep underground. The outside air is toxic, and the rules that keep the silo running are strict and rarely questioned. The story follows Juliette, an engineer who starts pulling at threads no one is supposed to touch: a sheriff who broke a fundamental rule, residents who died without explanation, and a history that does not add up. The first two seasons built out the silo’s hidden machinery and the people willing to lie to protect it. Season 3 picks that thread back up, with Juliette’s search for the truth still driving the show.

Elle is a prequel built around Elle Woods, the character from the Legally Blonde films, set during her high school years before any of that story takes place. The series fills in the earlier life that shaped her, following the experiences and people who turned her into the person audiences later met on screen. This is the first episode, so it is laying groundwork: who Elle is at this age, the world she moves through, and the early version of the personality that becomes her trademark. As a series premiere, it starts from scratch, so newcomers and longtime viewers begin at the same point.

In the Eye of the Storm is a documentary series built around footage shot by ordinary people who found themselves inside major weather disasters. Instead of relying on news crews, it uses phone video from bystanders who kept recording as hurricanes, wildfires, and other megastorms closed in around them. The result is a first-person account of events as they happened, told by the people who lived through them. Season 4 opens with an episode titled “Nightmare in May.” As with earlier seasons, each installment reconstructs a single disaster from the raw footage outward, so the premiere centers on one event and the people who documented it.

The BET Awards is an annual ceremony recognizing Black performers across music, film, television, and sports, broadcast live with a full slate of performances. This year’s show is hosted by Druski, with performances from Cardi B, Doechii, Kehlani, Tems, Jill Scott, Queen Latifah, Rick Ross, and others. Ms. Lauryn Hill receives the first Living Legend Icon Award.

Adventure Time: Side Quests is a new animated series set in the land of Ooo, running alongside the original Adventure Time rather than continuing its main story. It follows Finn and Jake through fresh, mostly self-contained adventures rather than long arcs. The first episode opens that format, dropping the pair into a standalone outing in their familiar world.

Instant Italian is a cooking show focused on making classic Italian dishes faster and simpler for home kitchens. Host Anna draws on her family’s roots in Calabria, then reworks familiar recipes into quicker versions using shortcuts like the air fryer. Season 2 opens with an episode built around tiramisu brownies.
